NR Construction have recently completed their latest project on our property, that of replacing all the ridge tiles with new ones and fitting the plastic edges round the three cable ends. This work again carried out to their usual high standard.

We moved here five years ago and during that time they have completed many changes to our bungalow. Replaced several windows and doors, including bifold door, completely replaced all paths and provided a new rear patio after building us a conservatory. At our previous property Neil and his workforce also replaced a full garage tiled roof, built a new decked area, did a complete repoint of the house and built a small extension extending the hall and providing a downstairs toilet.

NR Construction are a completely reliable company and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting any building work carrying out.

We recently had our garden designed and re-built  by Neil and his team at NR Construction. From beginning to end, we were absolutely thrilled with the work which was carried out. Neil gave us some really helpful advice regarding the work which involved the removal of a fair sized pond , building new walls and steps along with a new Indian stone patio and path.

The work was carried out to a extremely high standard by the team. They were punctual, polite and hard working. The organising of deliveries of materials was like a military operation. Neil’s communication with us and suppliers was outstanding. They always left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We are over the moon with our new garden and would recommend NR Construction for any type building work.

I have just had my wooden veranda replaced with stone pillars and Indian stone paving, NR Construction did the work and I was very pleased with their professional and thorough attitude to the work, I was kept informed throughout and any queries were dealt with in a friendly and competent manner, I would (and have done) recommend them to anyone.

NR Construction were recommended to us by a trusted tradesman. Our project was to close the double doorway between lounge and dining room and open the latter with the kitchen to make a large dining kitchen.

Neil’s quote was reasonable and it was reassuring to learn they couldn’t begin work for a couple of months. The wait was very worthwhile as the work was done quickly and efficiently with the minimum of mess and disruption by Neil and his friendly team. We had them back to do some additional work and again the price was very reasonable and the work carried out quickly and efficiently. So impressed have we been that we’ve asked Neil to do a third job. We have no hesitation in commending NR Construction for any building work.

A friend recommended NR Construction, we wanted out 1980’s degrading canopy replacing but had a specific design in mind which wasn’t available as a standard product. Fortunately, Neil was able to work from our ideas and had a custom-built canopy made for us which exceeded our expectations – made such a difference to the front of the house – had so many positive comments on it.  We had expected there to be signs of the old canopy left as it was the same design but Neil and his team cleaned up the brickwork and fitted it so you couldn’t tell. Delighted with the result.

Our garage roof needed replacing we asked them to quote. We decided that, as we’d need to do the garage facias we’d also replace the wooden ones on the house, and given we were having scaffolding we asked Neil what he’d recommend to replace our windowsills. He suggested sandstone effect sills which we went with. They were very competitive and did a fantastic job of the whole thing – great attention to detail and quality and we were amazed what a difference the sills made, our neighbours have all commented on how they have transformed the house so excellent advice. Garage roof is impressive as well, fibreglass finished looks brill and definitely won’t leak! Highly recommend them – they take a personal pride in the work they do.

We contacted NR Construction to convert our garage extension to an additional room and install a downstairs toilet, replace our old windows and install a new canopy, replace our guttering and facias as well as undertake some additional rennovations around the house.

Neil and his team worked though the bad weather and got all of the work done in less than two weeks which was fantastic as it was all finished in time for Christmas. The work was completed to very high standard and we’re delighted with the finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact NR Construction again should I wish to have any more work done to the house. I highly recommend Neil and his team to anyone looking to undertake a project of their own.
